What Volunteering with Swimdo Feels Like

Meet Jodie, one of our amazing volunteers and the owner of a swim school in Tasmania. She arrived with a suitcase full of donated bathers from her students—ready to make a difference. When we invited her to join our week-long teaching trip at SOS Children’s Village in Tabanan, she was nervous at first. But the moment she met the children, everything changed. Jodie quickly fell in love with the experience, the smiles, and the meaningful impact of teaching water safety. This is what volunteering with Swimdo feels like—rewarding, heartwarming, and life-changing.
